Primion makes AI powered video intelligence available for converged security in Europe

Primion Technology is expanding its solution portfolio with AI powered real time video intelligence for customers across Europe. Prime Video Intelligence strengthens the converged security strategy, improves situational awareness and enables faster, more informed decisions.

Stetten am kalten Markt, Germany / Mesa, Arizona, July 27th, 2026. Primion, a global market leader in converged security and workforce management solutions, and Iveda®, a global leader in video intelligence solutions, have entered into a new partnership and are making the Prime Video Intelligence solution available worldwide as a standalone application. In the long term, the companies plan to integrate the technology natively into Primion’s converged security ecosystem.

The collaboration closes a visibility gap that is common in physical security environments. Access control systems provide key information about who entered a facility, when access took place and whether it was authorized. Organisations, however, often need additional insight into what happened before, during and after that access event. The new partnership helps customers connect access events with actionable visual insights from the camera infrastructure they already have in place. At the same time, it opens up numerous new use cases beyond physical security.

“Technology matters most when it creates clarity, confidence and real value for people. This is exactly how we want to move Primion forward. Our customers are not asking for more complexity. They are looking for security solutions that simplify operations, connect critical information and support better decisions when every second counts. With Iveda, we are taking our Converged Security approach one step further.“

Prime Video Intelligence

adds a new layer that makes security more adaptive, responsive and contextual. Operators can create custom detections using natural language, without model training or deployment delays. Instead of being limited to predefined analytics or static rules, security teams can define what matters in the moment and apply this intelligence within their existing camera infrastructure.

The solution enables companies to integrate additional layers of intelligence without having to replace existing systems. It takes data protection and compliance requirements into account and supports customers in critical environments as they continue to expand their security infrastructure.

“Primion has earned deep trust across Europe by helping organisations protect their most important facilities, people and operations. This partnership has been more than a year in the making and reflects our shared belief that the future of physical security is not about one system replacing another. It is about trusted platforms working together in smarter ways.“
