Terminal 3 is set to become one of Europe’s most advanced airport terminals. From April onwards, it will increase the airport’s capacity by an additional 19 million passengers per year. Three new piers, spacious retail and dining areas, and the new Sky Line people mover, connecting Terminal 3 with Terminals 1 and 2 in just eight minutes make this construction project a key milestone for the future of European aviation.

Primion Technology GmbH’s comprehensive security solutions have been ensuring efficient and secure operations at Frankfurt Airport for 18 years by optimizing processes and enabling transparent control. This reduces the workload on staff in routine tasks, such as managing passenger flows and handling operations at the gates for the approximately 46,000 flights each year. Automated processes, such as access control with stored authorizations for 800 different departments and around 75,000 users minimize manual effort and enhance security across the airport’s facilities.

Primion Technology GmbH appreciates the continued trust placed in the company by Fraport AG and looks forward to further successful collaboration.
