Primion completes legal renaming of its Spanish and French subsidiaries

The change strengthens Primion’s uniform approach in Europe.

As part of its strategy for international consolidation and harmonisation, Primion announces the completion of the legal renaming of its subsidiaries in Spain and France. This ensures the continuity of business relationships and an unchanged customer focus. 

  • Primion Digitek S.L.U (Spain) becomes Primion Technology S.L.U 
  • Primion SAS (France) becomes Primion Technology SAS 

This change strengthens Primion’s uniform approach in Europe and promotes closer and more efficient cross-border cooperation without affecting daily operations or existing business relationships. 

Impact on customers:
continuity without interruption 

  • All existing contracts remain legally valid. 
  • VAT identification numbers remain unchanged. 
  • The usual contact persons and services remain unchanged. 
  • Operations, deliveries and technical support continue as normal. 
  • At the administrative level, the new company name will appear on contracts, invoices and official documents. 
  • In accordance with European banking regulations (VOP), the new company name must be taken into account in the relevant formalities.
