Un autre salari\u00e9 arrive sans savoir s\u2019il est bien pr\u00e9vu en heures suppl\u00e9mentaires. Un superviseur d\u00e9couvre qu\u2019une demande d\u2019absence a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e plusieurs jours plus t\u00f4t, sans jamais avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise \u00e0 la personne charg\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tablir le planning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un simple manque de visibilit\u00e9 peut alors d\u00e9clencher une r\u00e9action en cha\u00eene : baisse de la production, hausse des co\u00fbts, pression accrue sur celles et ceux qui font tourner l\u2019entreprise au quotidien.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne s\u2019agit pas de d\u00e9faillances spectaculaires. Ce sont des situations ordinaires. Et pourtant, dans de nombreuses organisations, elles constituent cette force silencieuse qui freine la productivit\u00e9, affaiblit la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire et pousse de bons collaborateurs vers la sortie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gestion des effectifs \u00e9tait cens\u00e9e mettre de l\u2019ordre dans cette complexit\u00e9. Dans bien des entreprises, elle s\u2019est au contraire transform\u00e9e en un syst\u00e8me de contraintes : plannings rigides, rapprochements manuels, processus opaques, gestion dans l\u2019urgence. Trop souvent, ces probl\u00e8mes n\u2019apparaissent qu\u2019une fois le poste commenc\u00e9, condamnant les managers \u00e0 g\u00e9rer l\u2019urgence au lieu de piloter r\u00e9ellement l\u2019activit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec une visibilit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el, le sc\u00e9nario est tout autre.
